Giving Back to the Community in 2024

We’re thrilled to announce our corporate volunteering initiative for 2024! This year, we partnered with Sun Youth, a remarkable charity dedicated to supporting the community through various programs. Many of you will recognize Sun Youth as one of the organizations our employees helped select for our $15,000 donation earlier this year.

The Volunteering Activity

On December 10th, 2024, our team gathered at the Sun Youth warehouse to lend a helping hand. During our time at the Sun Youth warehouse, the task of the day that day: bagging oranges from 50kg sacks into smaller portions.

These tasks are essential to ensuring that Sun Youth’s programs run smoothly and that they can continue making a positive impact on those in need.

Reflections on Our Efforts

The day was a wonderful opportunity for our team to give back, support a meaningful cause, and strengthen our connections with one another.

Thank you to everyone who joined and contributed their time and energy to make this initiative a success. Together, we made a difference and reaffirmed our commitment to supporting our community.

2024 Holiday Support Hours Schedule

Please note our 2024 Holiday Support Hours Schedule: our office will be closed from December 23, 2024 through January 3, 2025. Our normal hours will resume on Monday, January 6, 2025.

Skeleton staff will still be available to support our customers. If you require emergency support during this time, please log into the Election Manager, click on the Help button in the bottom right corner of the page, and set the priority to “emergency.” One of our team members will follow up with you promptly.

As we wrap up 2024, we want to take a moment to thank our incredible clients and partners for a year filled with collaboration and success. Your trust and support have been key to our growth, and we’re excited to continue working together in 2025.

During the holiday break, while our office will be closed, our team will remain available to assist with urgent matters, ensuring your elections and voting processes run smoothly. Whether you’re planning for an upcoming election or need immediate support, we’re here to help.

We’re looking forward to an exciting 2025, full of new opportunities, innovations, and strengthened partnerships. Wishing you joyful holidays and a New Year filled with success and progress toward digital democracy.

We are excited to announce the launch of our redesigned voting website starting December 16^th 2024 for most accounts and continuing throughout the first months of 2025 for accounts with premium features, customized voting websites and clients that are in the middle of an election process.

As we are committed to always improving the voter experience, this new design offers a clean, modern look that is both visually appealing and user-friendly. Fully optimized for all devices, it ensures a seamless experience whether electors are browsing on a desktop, tablet or smartphone.

This refreshed layout aims to inspire confidence, improve usability and offer a smooth effortless experience. With a strong focus on accessibility, the site is designed to be inclusive for all users, providing easy navigation and clear content.

The new website now includes a progress indicator, a feature designed to reduce abandoned ballots by guiding voters through the process.
