This position is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking for a stable, full-time position in customer support and project management. Your time will be split between providing project management services for customers, giving technical support to customers, and providing sales support to prospective customers. You will be given proper training to understand the industry and how our voting system works.

Qualifications:

  • A home office with high speed internet (if working from home is desired)
  • Self-motivated and disciplined to work productively from your home office (if desired)
  • Excellent communication skills both on the phone and in writing
  • Adaptable, a team player, a positive attitude, and tremendous work ethic
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills

  • A high level of computer literacy (e.g. understanding of concepts such as IP address)
  • Strong knowledge of spreadsheet software, word processing, etc.
  • Ability to think outside of the box
  • A university degree
  • Fluency in French

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of online voting and the capabilities of our voting system
  • Provide timely and personable customer service and technical support via phone and email
  • Manage election projects by using the software on behalf of customers
  • Collect and process paper mail-in ballots
  • Coordinate the printing and mailing of voter information letters
  • Analyze election requirements and write proposals for prospective customers
  • Take an active role in providing feedback to Supervisor regarding departmental procedures and policies
  • Conduct remote demos for prospective customers or remote training for existing customers (infrequently)
  • Manage and use a Customer Relationship Database (CRM)
  • Travel or work remotely outside business hours to support a voting event (very infrequently)
  • Perform at minimum two weeks of emergency support coverage annually
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks assigned by Supervisor timely
