Regular Support

Simply Voting is committed to helping you run successful elections! If you have a question or experience a problem, please contact us by phone or via the Election Manager, and one of our representatives will be in touch with you shortly.

To submit a support request, log into the Election Manager. Once logged in, click on the Help button in the bottom right corner of the page.

Regular support questions submitted during our business hours are typically answered within the same business day.

Emergency Support

Simply Voting has support representatives on call 24/7, even on weekends and holidays. If it is outside of our business hours and your issue threatens to interrupt your election, submit the support form in the Election Manager, setting the Priority to Urgent, and someone will contact you shortly.
